We enabled a successful SAP S/4HANA transformation by defining the business vision and operating model, supported by the development of a transformation office and a program academy for skills building.
Transforming a multinational CPG supply chain using SAP Integrated Planning for Supply Chain (SAP IBP)
We reimagined the next-generation operating model through tech-enabled autonomous planning, capability building, agile ways of working, and proven control-tower processes. The program reduced inventory by 27 percent and manual work by 60 percent by consolidating over 100 data sources into one.
