Steven joined McKinsey’s Buenos Aires office after 15 years of entrepreneurial activity in e-commerce as well as leading the customer acquisition efforts at a leading e-commerce player in Latin America.
Steven’s experience includes developing digital channel and growth strategies for banks and omni-channel retailers in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, Panama, and Peru. Some of his recent client work includes the following:
- Strategizing and implementing a digital sales strategy for incumbent bank in Central America.
- Implementing Go to market for a digital attacker bank.
- Leading the digitalization of two healthcare institutions.
