Sarah is a medical doctor with experience in operations, systems, and policy spanning social services, healthcare, and the financial services sector.

She is passionate about supporting people’s health and financial well-being and helping organizations successfully deliver on their missions to improve consumer experience and outcomes.

Some examples of Sarah’s recent work include:

  • developing individual private hospital strategy, supporting public and private hospital systems transformations, and advising on private health industry financial and operational sustainability
  • supporting culture and change management in a leading financial institution and in large-scale acquisitions
  • supporting a large national insurer with a strategic review and customer-centric transformation effort
  • working with a state government to establish world-class research and manufacturing health subindustries
  • developing a rapid growth strategy for an aging, disability, and medical care services provider
  • working with large multilateral organizations through complexities related to COVID-19

Prior to joining McKinsey, Sarah worked both clinically and in health policy in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, including in health and human services in the United States on implementation of the Affordable Care Act.

Sarah also currently serves as a board member of Diabetes Australia.
