Louis is a leader in McKinsey’s Marketing & Sales Practice in Europe. He has deep expertise in sales and channel optimization for business-to-business companies and advises clients broadly on driving profitable growth. Since joining McKinsey in 2014, he has served companies across a variety of sectors.
Working side by side with executives, Louis addresses a broad range of opportunities, including setting strategy, pursing mergers and acquisitions, establishing digital capabilities, and enhancing change management. He has particularly extensive experience setting digital and go-to-market strategies, improving the business-to-business customer experience, and boosting marketing performance.
Louis has served many companies in the chemicals, industrial, and telecommunications sectors. His recent projects include leading a business-strategy and sales-improvement program for a chemicals company that included sales-force enablement. He has also led multiple initiatives to put best-practice channel management in place by leveraging the power of digital channels and platforms.
