Enno is the global head of the firm’s manufacturing work. He leads McKinsey’s collaboration with the World Economic Forum around technology adoption and the ecosystem required to build large-scale transformations. This partnership has also included the publication of several collaborative whitepapers, identifying the world’s leading manufacturers and their adoption of digital manufacturing technologies.
Enno serves clients on digital manufacturing strategies and transformation across many industries. He supports several Fortune 500 and small- and medium-size-enterprise clients across industries in their pursuit of competitive advantage through operational excellence. He has a passion for disruptive business models and start-ups, with a track record for innovation, business building, large scale transformations, scaling businesses, and value enhancing strategies. His industry expertise spans across pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, industrials and electronics, private equity, food and beverage, and fast-moving-consumer-goods.
Enno is the founder of the Innovation & Learning Centers, a network of 12 global locations that train 15,000 managers from over 300 organizations every year in the latest operations-transformation approaches.
Before joining McKinsey, Enno was a project manager at a global automotive company. He relocated to McKinsey’s New Jersey location in 2010, after spending more than ten years in the Munich office.
