Timing and delivery
- Participants will learn through a variety of virtual formats including digital modules, immersive workshops, and small, group-based activities
- The time commitment is 40 hours over four months, with an average of two hours per week for digital module content and additional two hours per month for optional virtual sessions and connectivity
