Our regional chapters organize events and initiatives including monthly small-group discussions on mentorship and sponsorship, external speaker events, and flagship celebrations around prominent Asian holidays. We aspire to:
- Promote Asian leadership representation at McKinsey and in other organizations
- Build a supportive community of Asian colleagues at McKinsey across roles and tenures
- Activate and convene Asian leaders in business and beyond
- Serve as a leading voice on economic and social issues impacting Asian individuals and communities
