Roman is an entrepreneurial leader in our Consumer Packaged Goods and Growth, Marketing & Sales Practices in Europe, with a particular passion for pricing/revenue growth management (RGM) across all categories. He supports consumer executives in Europe on changing and sustaining their commercial performance and growth acceleration.

He co-leads our RGM work in Europe and our RGM Academy offering globally, given his extensive expertise in leading RGM transformations in all major European markets.

Recent examples of his client work include the following:

  • leading an RGM transformation for a global consumer packaged goods company to build next-generation RGM capabilities across the globe and different trade environment —spanning tech enablement, in-depth skill building, actionable commercial strategies, and change management
  • conducting a profitable growth acceleration effort for a global toys and games player unlocking >$150 million in top-line potential and building the organization’s capabilities to sustain the growth
  • developing an “away-from-home” (AFH) strategy for a leading beverage player, mapping growth opportunities across the entire AFH universe to more than double the business over the next years
  • leading a holistic RGM transformation across the top markets and several business units of a global CPG player, unlocking >$250 million incremental net sales while building up the global RGM Center of Excellence and standing up a holistic RGM Academy
  • conducting commercial strategy acceleration for a consumer health leader in four pilot markets around the world and establishing a scalable approach for the at-pace rollout
  • deploying RGM for a multinational consumer packaged goods client operating across B2B and B2C, optimizing pack-price architecture, trade terms, and promotion choices

In his free time, Roman enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and keeping active by playing tennis and hiking in the Swiss Alps.
