Pablo is a partner in McKinsey’s Santiago office and leads the Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice in Spanish Latin America. He works with financial-services companies and consumer organizations to help define growth strategies and improve online presence as well as customer experiences. He helps leading companies meet the challenge of digital disruption and lean into opportunities through business-model transformation.

Some of his recent client work includes the following:

  • Supporting numerous customer experience transformations, for financial-services and B2C organizations.
  • Assembling a detailed digitalization program to deliver growth initiatives across the entire organization of a quick-service restaurant company.
  • Developing online-growth strategies for banks, asset management and consumer organizations and defining a new operating model.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Pablo worked in the consumer-goods sector. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
