As an administrative services manager, what I love the most is connecting with my colleagues and helping them with diverse topics regarding our office operations. Since I always strive for improvement and better experience with our firm, I try to bring innovation and creative ideas to all aspects of my role.

Part of my responsibilities are to organize office events and coordinate various internal initiatives, which gives me an opportunity to work with external vendors and colleagues from various departments. Personal relationships beyond simple work collaboration give me a lot of energy and inspire me, too. In my previous role, I worked as a team leader, so developing others has a special place in my heart. That’s why I take an active part in mentorship, apprenticeship, and sponsorship initiatives within the Central European region, helping junior colleagues in administrative roles grow as I have.
