Your development depends highly on what you'd like to focus on.Personally, my background and goal have led me to focus on Sustainability, and the company consistently offers situations where I can learn more and broaden my experience. I have worked on many Sustainability projects worldwide and have contributed to reducing our office emissions through collaboration with our local Green Team.

Impactful work
I joined McKinsey because I was convinced that a Firm that actively consulting the largest and most influential companies in the world will have a lasting impact. McKinsey did not disappoint me! The projects I work on are often at a global scale; we consistently tackle complex and meaningful problems, providing strategic advice that sets the clients’ trajectory for years or decades to come. The amount of responsibility I have received from day one was striking and empowering.

As part of the LGBTQ+ community, it has been important to me to work in an inclusive environment. People at McKinsey deeply care about each other and always provide a safe and fun environment focusing on collaboration. Diversity and acceptance are a virtue: since I joined the Firm, we have been actively growing our LGBTQ+ and ally community, strengthening it through Europe-wide events, and conducting studies on ways to promote a diverse and safe workplace.
