- With manufacturing clients, Elvin is a leader in our work related to ERP transformations. This includes helping oversee value assurance programs for large-scale initiatives, establishing centers of excellence for managing ERP environments, and spearheading broader operating model transformations integrated into ERP initiatives.
- In telecommunications, specifically in Asia and Europe, Elvin has conducted extensive work on telecom network transformations from the perspective of both telecom operators and equipment providers. His contributions include helping set up network wholesale agreements in the context of telco mergers, formulating strategies for Open Radio Access Network (ORAN), and implementing network capital expenditure efficiency programs.
- Additionally, for IT services clients in Asia and Europe, Elvin has been actively involved in enhancing productivity and implementing programs for sales and pricing improvement.
As the leader of our ERP transformation practice in Asia, Elvin plays a pivotal role in assisting clients across various industries. His expertise lies in helping clients leverage ERP projects that support genuine business transformations, ensuring sustainable impact and capability building.

A true global citizen, Elvin currently resides in Japan. Born in Bosnia & Herzegovina, he grew up in Austria, is married to a Belgian-Moroccan wife, and is a proud father of two children born in Switzerland.
