I am passionate about contributing to the transformation of Korean industry. While serving various clients, I helped restore the competitiveness of them with huge passion and potential to become industry leaders. It is a really fulfilling experience to help them to set a challenging direction, breaking silos within the organization, building leaner and more efficient processes, transforming the culture and ways of working of people who are determined to survive in tough situations.
