Daniel co-leads McKinsey’s Sustainability practice in Germany, the Green Business Building service line in DACH and our consumer operations benchmarking work globally. He primarily serves food and nonfood retailers, wholesalers, packaged-goods manufacturers and logistics players across the globe, focusing on strategy and transformation and operations optimization. Daniel has a special interest in helping clients to understand the opportunities and challenges from the latest developments in sustainability and ESG.
