Gosia has led the Client Capabilities Hub in Wrocław since 2015, driving rapid growth of the office to over 250 professionals. She is involved in day-to-day decision making, strategy setting, and development of new capabilities, including the Design-to-Value Lab, which focuses on developing new products delivering greater value to consumers. In addition, she partnered with EMEA advanced analytics leaders to build analytics capabilities in the Wrocław hub and bring it to clients across the EMEA region.

With the support and collaboration of her colleagues, Gosia has built a culture of innovation within the hub, promoting cross-team collaboration and officewide initiatives to ideate new client capabilities. A large part of Gosia’s role involves developing people, coaching and mentoring, and ensuring individuals have access to the best of the firm. Gosia has helped develop the Wrocław hub’s reputation as a top employer in the local market, in part by establishing collaboration with top universities in the region.

Gosia began her career in 2005 in the Warsaw office, where she worked with clients from diverse industries, helping them shape their shared-service strategies and advising them on the right location strategies. She transferred to the Wrocław office in 2010 to play a key role in establishing a new office. Gosia continues to advise clients in service operations, recently focusing on how to adopt advanced analytics methods and tools in global business services organizations.
