Istvan leads our ecosystem strategy work, helping organizations build interconnected services to deepen relationships with customers and create new value. He works across industries and regions, serving large enterprises to help create and scale ecosystem strategies, including identifying, prioritizing, and sizing relevant opportunities, and defining roadmaps and capabilities.

Examples of Istvan’s recent work include the following:

  • supporting a European mobility ecosystem across the full auto ownership journey
  • developing a social ecosystem vision for a North American financial cooperative, building the related strategy together with the client stakeholder group, and creating a business plan
  • creating a detailed ecosystem vision, roadmap, and critical enabler assessment for a South American telecommunications company
  • conducting commercial due diligence and assessing feasibility of an existing business strategy for a European bank, improving the base case strategy for the new owner
  • preparing strategy and organizational options for the CEO of a large North American bank, including scanning and sizing ecosystem opportunities
