Advises senior executives in leading telecom and media companies on strategic, marketing, and pricing issues

Pedro is a senior partner in the Lisbon office and a member of the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, and the Marketing & Sales Practices.

Since joining the firm in 1995, he has served a wide range of clients in the telecom, media and public sectors, developing projects ranging from strategy and marketing to operations—and with a strong component of change management.

In the telecom industry, he supports operators in different geographies (Europe, Latin America, and Africa) on all kind of issues, including leading turnaround programs and developing both commercial and international strategies. Pedro led the complete turnaround of a TV-centric media group and helped several businesses in shaping their strategies along the telecom/media value chain.

He has  long-standing experience in the transportation sector and helped pioneer McKinsey’s practice in Angola.

Pedro has played an important role in the Luso-Brazilian Foundation.
