Todd helps B2B technology clients design and implement go-to-market (GTM) transformation programs, with a special focus on software, technology, and advanced industry organizations. He co-leads McKinsey’s revenue acceleration initiatives, focusing on driving efficient growth for large enterprises and private equity (PE)-backed portfolio companies. He also leads McKinsey’s Growth Leaders Roundtable for chief revenue officers.

He collaborates with clients to refine product/market fit, optimize organization and operating models, and accelerate revenue growth while improving efficiency and building team capabilities.

Examples of Todd’s recent client work include the following:

  • refining the value proposition of a new software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based offering for a global software company and training the sales organization to take it to market
  • architecting an omnichannel marketing organization for a large telco, including the build-out of a business development representatives (BDR) team
  • helping direct a solution-selling transformation for a major advanced industries client, including redefinition of the product offering, redesign of the GTM organization, and enablement of the sales team to engage C-level executives
  • conducting numerous revenue acceleration programs for PE-backed software and technology firms

Todd is a seasoned GTM executive. Prior to joining McKinsey, he held chief revenue officer roles at several high-growth, venture capital (VC)- and PE-backed firms, including Consilio, Radius, and Outtask, and has extensive experience building teams and accelerating revenue in resource-constrained environments. He is passionate about connecting buyer/seller journeys and helping clients solve their toughest growth challenges.
