Vito Di Leo is a partner in McKinsey’s Zurich office and a leader in McKinsey’s technology work. He has extensive experience in large-scale core technology and agile transformations, particularly in the financial sector.
Examples of Vito’s recent work include the following:
- supporting the tech operating model redesign for a global bank with focus on agile ways of working, development operations, and resource footprint optimization
- supporting a Latin American bank with the definition and implementation of a hybrid cloud operating model
- supporting the definition and scale up of an engineering transformation at a northern European bank
- supporting the design and rollout of an agile operating model for the IT infrastructure of a central European bank
Before joining McKinsey, Vito was an associate project manager at IBM. He holds an MBA from IESE Business School and BS in computer science from the University of Freiburg. He is fluent in Spanish, English, German, and Portuguese.
In his free time, Vito is an avid sailor, sailplane pilot, kite surfer, and diver.
