Bakai is an associate partner who focuses on banking and technology projects. He joined our Kazakhstan office in 2014, and has participated in multiple projects in Kazakhstan, Australia, the Middle East, South Africa, and the Netherlands.

Prior to McKinsey, Bakai worked as a fixed-income and equity research analyst covering banking and telecom companies. Before that, he worked as a software engineer and IT project manager.
