Aizhana serves clients in the banking, public and social sectors across Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Within the financial services sector, she delivers expertise to clients in the domains of agile transformation, retail, small and medium-sized enterprises growth strategy, and risk management.
In the public sector, Aizhana brings expertise on a range of economic development topics including the development of specific strategies for priority sectors—such as travel and logistics, agriculture, and other areas—and implementation support.
Prior to joining McKinsey, she worked at one of the largest banking and financial services institutions in the world, where she managed a portfolio of large local and international clients primarily in the areas of logistics, mining, and pharmaceuticals.
Aizhana is currently pursuing her MBA degree at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
