Anna Wiesinger is a partner at McKinsey, mainly advising clients in the public sector. She has extensive experience in change and organizational management in the public sector, and fundamental knowledge in the various areas of responsibility of social-insurance providers, including current, political, social, and legal developments.

She plays a leading role in McKinsey Digital and works especially on transformation projects, focusing on skill building and personnel development. Her current projects involve digitalization and technology transformation in the areas of public administration and education, as well as designing the “future of work” and the strategic alignment of corresponding skills in companies and public administration organizations.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Anna studied information systems in Germany and computer science in Sweden. The dissertation she wrote for her doctoral degree examined the collaborative relationships involved in working with IT service providers.
