Nikolay is a partner in McKinsey’s Tokyo office and leads the firm’s work with CFOs across their agendas, including resource allocation, working capital management, and finance digitization. He convenes McKinsey's annual Japan CFO Forum, a gathering of CFOs from leading institutions in Japan.
Nikolay is also working with companies across sectors to ensure value creation from transformative programs applying process improvement, digital, automation, and capability building. He has served a range of clients from life sciences companies and equipment manufacturers to consumer-goods companies.
