Patrick is a partner in McKinsey’s Vienna office and is a dedicated member of the Transformation Practice. He has extensive experience in leading transformation and restructuring programs with a focus on consumer companies.
Examples of Patrick’s recent work include the following:
- leading the transformation of a European apparel brand, including adapting the journey to a post-COVID-19, new normal
- identifying and implementing short-term savings and liquidity opportunities during a quick-win initiative program for a European consumer group
- redefining the operating model of a European consumer group to reduce complexity, increase speed, and reduce cost
- leading the transformation of a European baked goods manufacturer as chief transformation officer
Prior to joining McKinsey, Patrick was a senior project manager at a leading global strategic consultancy, focused on restructurings and transformations.
