Sriram is a partner at McKinsey’s New Jersey office where he leads McKinsey’s technology strategy and transformation work for healthcare clients. He has 23 years of experience serving healthcare companies on technology topics across transformation, performance improvement, digitalization, automation, AI, data, cloud, and architecture. He has led major transformations across clients ranging from leading academic medical centers to not-for-profit regional health systems to national, for-profit health systems.
A technologist by background, Sriram is the coauthor of McKinsey’s technology transformation approach (Tech:Forward) and McKinsey’s tool for evaluating technology capabilities, which are used across all industries.

- helping lead performance and cost transformation for an academic medical center’s technology organization across partnerships, app rationalization, infrastructure modernization, and cybersecurity
