Suzanne is a partner in McKinsey’s Silicon Valley office and a leader in the Education practice. Suzanne supports organizations to define transformative strategies and initiatives in income growth, cost management, and operating model design to deliver impact aligned with their core mission.
Some of her recent client work includes the following:
- supporting numerous universities in the US, Australia, and the UK to develop growth and transformation strategies – including opportunities in program portfolio, digital, campus design, and research and innovation
- working with organizations to improve their administrative operations through process improvement and the design of new organization and operating models
- partnering with regional leadership and multi-sector coalitions to design inclusive-growth strategies to strengthen local economies and improve outcomes for residents
- Supporting university presidents and senior leadership as they transition into new roles and define their vision and strategies to create tangible impact for the institutions and communities they serve
Prior to joining McKinsey, Suzanne was a partner at Strategy& in Australia where she served universities, financial services organizations, and consumer/retail organizations. She also held roles in finance and merchandising at the Gap.
