Bogdan is focused on supporting clients in the B2C consumer space—primarily consumer packaged goods, apparel and fashion companies, consumer electronics groups, and retailers—to become more competitive, renew their strategy, build new capabilities, and bring to life ambitious growth objectives. His work revolves around growth strategy, marketing mix, e-commerce, digital marketing, personalization, AI, and technology for marketing category strategy.
He has spent most of his time helping clients architect transformative programs over the past years, working closely with clients to accelerate performance while building new capabilities, technologies, and processes.
For instance, Bogdan worked with a European-scaled retailer and supported the turnaround growth of their e-commerce division by activating multiple levers from customer-experience improvement, online user-experience development-pipeline acceleration, digital marketing scale-up, and more.
Bogdan leads our UK, Ireland, and Israel offices’ Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice and the European team of experienced marketing and sales implementation consultants. He has prior industry experience as he spent more than a decade in the consumer goods marketing world before joining McKinsey.
Outside of work, Bogdan is a passionate home studio recording musician and enjoys creative food, wine, and traveling with his wife.
