  • developing the sales and distribution model of a European travel company, leading to a new set of commercial agreements and partnerships, a revenue uplift of 15 percent in direct channels, and a significant decrease in distribution cost
  • leading a diagnostic for a major airline to identify revenue and cost opportunities in network, sales, and all commercial functions, including pricing and revenue management, leading to a significant profit and opportunity of 10 percent in earnings before interest and taxes
  • supporting a technology and software company in developing a growth strategy to build on existing system-integration services, platform products, and capabilities
