- Transforming customer service at a consumer-packaged-goods company and building a digital ecosystem that integrates all stakeholders: customers, vendors, and distributors.
- Transforming a regional bank end-to-end by optimizing costs and commercial management to offer a digital value proposition that allowed it to become a regional leader.
- Building a minimum viable product for a conglomerate in less than ten weeks.
